Orelia Mezcal Shipping Policy

1. Legal Compliance

Orelia Mezcal complies with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the sale and shipment of alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (18+ in Mexico, 21+ in the U.S.).

A valid government-issued ID will be required upon delivery. Carriers cannot leave alcohol deliveries unattended.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Mexico. At this time, we do not offer international shipping beyond Mexico.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

    • Mexico: 2-5 business days for major cities

    • Up to 7 business days for rural areas.

  • Express shipping options may be available at checkout.

Weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays may impact delivery times.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with licensed alcohol shipping carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local couriers.

All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Carriers will make up to three delivery attempts before returning the package.

5. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Shipping rates vary based on destination, order size, and shipping speed.

  • Mexico: Free shipping on orders over MXN $5000.

  • All shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

6. Taxes & Duties

  • Mexico: Prices do not include VAT. VAT and any applicable duties will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional import duties or local taxes if applicable.

7. Damages & Returns

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@oreliamezcal.com within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund eligible orders.

  • Due to alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcohol products unless the product is defective or damaged.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you have not received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us at sales@oreliamezcal.com.
